Three movies for the price of one. Fellow movie buff/roommate/co-director, Cobs and I went movie hopping yesterday…
2:25pm, Sherlock Holmes (2hr 14min) I expected it to be a good movie only because of the actors so it wasn’t like a “WOOWWWWEEEEE!!!” Movie. It was as good as I expected…maybe a sprinkle better:) Kudos to Robert Downey Jr who was casted despite the director wanting a younger actor… I like how Guy Ritchie stayed true to the books’ characters and not the show’s:) HOLLA for ’Professor Moriarty’ !!!!!
4:55pm, Leap Year (1hr 37min) Ahhh…cute. Yet another movie that makes you wanna fall in love with some kind of European. Ireland seems flawless and I seem unattached…I STILL can’t think of the one thing I’d grab in 60 seconds… Boob.
6:40pm, Costume Change (3min) So I really looked like a different person. Cobey just took off her hat. We were anticipating our next movie to be a packed one…One that would have a line and possible ticket-stub checker-people…
6:50pm, Daybreakers (1hr 38min) Absolutely no line…9, maybe 10 people in the theatre including Cobey and Myself. The movie was interesting…I only wanted to watch it because the premise was dope. This was the first time I thought vampires were kinda boo boo …Probably because they were too humanized in the movie. Which says alot about how I view the human race. Eep. I thought it was a well-structured movie and story… Didnt seem too corny or fictional…in fact, it was VERY supposable! EEEEEEE!!!!! My only question, whyyyyy was the main vampire’s name Edward?!
